Kailash is considered the holiest mountain on earth by number of faiths and religions. Through millennia, monks, yogis  and  pilgrims from all over the world have braved unimaginable hardships to reach this abode of gods.  Its exceptional isolation and the peculiar contour of blank granite that give it the appearance of Shivalinga , have cause Kailash to be venerated as a journey to Kailash is Considered  the ultimate Yatra due to both the difficulty of reaching it and the level of sanctity attached to it.

Day to Day Itinerary

Day 01

Arrival Kathmandu ( 1300m):

Up on  arrival, our representative will meet you at Kathmandu airport and drive to Hotel, check in hotel  Dinner time we will brief of our Yatra to holy Mt.kailash

Day 02

Kathmandu Sightseeing  and Flight to Nepalgunj :

Morning  visit  Pashupatinath Temple   Darshan,   Puja at Pashupati nath Temple and back to hotel for lunch and late afternoon fly to Nepalgunj.  Nepalgunj is  one major city  of west south of Nepal.

By drive can be reached  to Nepalgunj in 4 hours from Locknow.

Day 03

Flight to Simikot fix wing aircraft and fly to Hilsha by Heli  and Taklakot (3900 m) :

Morning fly to Simikot by fix wing and  fly to Hilsha same day by heli. Short Walk cross the Nepal China Boarder and drive  to Taklakot by coach

Day 04

At Takakot free for  acclimatization:

Before making any further journey your body should be acclimatized properly with the atmosphere in high altitude o/n guest house


Day 05

Drive from Taklakot to Lake Mansarovar (4500m):

After breakfast drive to Manasarover ( 90 km and around 3 hours drive)  Lake. On the way will stop to see Rakshas  tal and continue drive to Manasarovar Lake o/n guest house

Day 06

Drive from Lake Mansarovar to Darchen (4560m) :

After holy bath at Manasarovar Lake we will drive to Darchen. It is around one and half hours drive and 4o km journey  O/N Hotel

Day 07

Darchen to Dirapuk (4750m) via YamaDwar (Outer Kora – Day 1):

Today we have first day of Kora.  Those Yatri Who does not wants to do Parikrama will drive  back to Darchen and  wait other members to return.

Day 08

Dirapuk to Zuthulpuk (4850m) via Dolma La Pass 5422m –  (Outer Kora – Day 2) :

08 hours of trek Today is the hardest but holiest day of your pilgrimage with crossing of Dolma-La (pass) at 5428m. By late afternoon you will arrive Zutrul Phuk, Overnight in Guesthouse

Day 09

Zuthulpuk to Taklakot via Holy Lake Mansarovar (End of Kora) – 03 – :

4 hours of trek:End the pilgrimage circuit after walking for about 3 hours.  Drive to Manasarovar, the highest lake of fresh water with turquoise complexion in the world is full of fishes and swans. Holy Kailash, Mt. Gurula-Mandala and Lake Rashekshi are all lying on its surrounding. The region is considered rich for gold and other mines, hot springs and hundreds of wild living creatures. Spend the night at Taklakot. O/N  Hotel/ Guest house

Day 10

Taklakot to Hilsa and fly to Nepalganj via Simikot by Helicopter :

After breakfast, drive to Nepal border, Hilsa and fly to Nepalganj via Simikot by helicopter and onward to Kathmandu This is a cushion day, considering any last minute climatic or political insurgence, if any

Day 11

Fly back for onward journey with memories of Holy Mt. Kailash
